Eduwire Abacus Education is an initiative to make a meaningful difference in the school education system. We are grounded with the fact that life starts at school. Eduwire has directly reached (face-to-face) 50,000 plus students and 1000 teachers across J&K.
Hand’s on Learning Importance
Hands on Learning are the methods of education that directly involves the learners, by actively encouraging them to do something in order to learn about it. In short it is “Learning by Doing”. Research has proven that students who are taught using hands-on teaching methods outperform others who are not. Hands-on learning allows students to observe and understand themselves as to what is happening. It also encourages young pupil to do things for themselves, which will go a long way in helping them with learning independently later on in life.
Problem in Mathematics Learning
Mathematics teaching in today’s world is largely textbook dominated, there is more focus on worksheet and to solving exercises only, and students are highly disconnected from real world application of mathematics, Endless repetition of mathematical problems, meaning less memorization, That create a lack of interest and understanding.
